Its location was perfect, especially for visiting a massive church. The rooms were brand-new and updated.

I recently stayed at Lofts Du Vieux-Port By Gray Collection for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment I stayed in was beautifully decorated, with charming original details like brick walls and wooden floors. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

The apartment was beautiful and charming with an incredibly beautiful view just off a great restaurant and lively shops area as well as museums. Room was new-fashioned, we had climate control, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator, good facilities.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Lofts Du Vieux-Port By Gray Collection. The location was super convenient, surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops. The loft itself was beautiful and cozy, offering lots of space. The staff was excellent, providing friendly and attentive service. Despite some minor issues like a noisy fireplace and a dead phone in the room , overall, it was a unique and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay in Montreal very close to Montreal, the old town and many family friendly parks, museums and places to explore. It was unbeatable near the river. Staff was amicable and attentive despite our late arrival. We loved staying there during the winter time.

We had a perfect stay during the winter time thanks to excellent service. Had early check in. The setting was excellent and unbeatable, in the heart of the town.

The loft had a beautiful view and was well maintained and clean with exposed brick. The staff were friendly and helpful, carrying our bags and getting our room ready quickly. The loft had a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and there was a great bar/restaurant nearby for which reservations were recommended.

There was no elevator in the building, so carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs was not enjoyable. we were surprised with an additional cleaning fee charged to our account, which we felt should have been included in the base price of the accommodation.

Everything good, lots of great restaurants and cafés for breakfast. Situated in a good spot. Restaurants and cafés close to the accommodation.

Wanted to see Montreal popular places and this apartment was useful base for exploring most of them. The location was indeed perfect, as I needed to be close to restaurants and cafés. And there was lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Rooms were not well maintained, and Wi-Fi was very limited.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few things that we liked. the staff were really helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer our questions. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We didn't have to travel far to find great places to eat or explore. Lastly, we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was lovely and it made us feel like we were at home during the holidays.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about this hotel. the noise levels were quite high, especially during the night.
